Belgium 0-1 France, Turkey 1-4 Italy and more: Nations League – as it happened
Michael Olise earned France victory in Brussels and Italy bounced back with a big win over Turkey

That’s all from me, thanks for reading and for your emails. Our Nations League round-up will be live on the website shortly (and will be put into this blog). Cheers, and roll on tomorrow’s Nations League fixures, including Spain v Croatia, Scotland v Switzerland and Czechia v England.

A word for Michael Kayode. The Brentford right back registered a goal and an assist on his Italy debut. The Azzurri looked completely transformed with him in transition and that long throw is a weapon for anyone. This is a post-Di Lorenzo world, and everyone is just waking up to it.
Fair play to Mancini, he made substantial changes after the defeat to Belgium and it paid off. Next up for Italy? France away on Friday …

Northern Ireland’s Isaac Price speaks to the BBC after the 0-0 draw with Hungary:
I think there is a little bit of frustration, we had chances and they did as well. Bit disappointed to not get a win in front of the home crowd but a draw is not a bad result. I think we are playing well as a team and that is the main thing. A clean sheet is a positive start but there are things we have t work on in the final third.

I’m watching that Olise goal back again. His first touch from the pass of Cherki, off the bony bit of his shoulder, was entirely deliberate as it allowed him to sprint forward at pace. After leaving De Cuyper in the dust, the rest was typical Olise: approaching the box, cutting inside, shot faking to keep the Belgium defence and keeper guessing, before curling the actual shot right into the side netting. Lammens had no chance. From a wide-angle replay, some of France’s players starting celebrating before Olise even took the shot. He’s that good.

Full-time: Romania 2-4 Bosnia and Herzegovina Bosnia and Herzegovina can be very happy with their work. This win following a 0-0 draw in Poland on Friday.
9.47pm BST
Full-time: Belgium 0-1 France What a goal to win it from Olise. Belgium had a late chance for a penalty shout, with Newcastle’s Fernandez-Pardo cannoning a ball off Koné in the France area, but play is waved on.
9.45pm BST
Full-time: Sweden 3-1 Poland The British-based trio of Nygren, Ayari and Gyokeres secure the win for Graham Potter’s side.
9.44pm BST
Full-time: Turkey 1-4 Italy All the damage done in the first half. Italy – and Michael Kayode in particular – were excellent before the break, and Turkey were wasteful in the second half. Absolutely torrential conditions in Bursa.
9.42pm BST
Full-time: Northern Ireland 0-0 Hungary An unbeaten start for Northern Ireland after a win and a scrappy draw. Not bad, Michael, not bad.

GOAL! Belgium 0-1 France (Olise 88) Ooooooohhhh my worrrrrrd!!!! Olise scores a sensational solo goal, starting from his own half, beating three Belgian defenders and sidefooting a trademark finish into the far corner. Olise initially took the ball just before the half-way line on his shoulder, speeding past De Cuyper. After leaving the Brighton man flailing on the floor, Olise races towards the Belgian box, cutting inside Mechele and finishing past Lammens before Tielemans had a chance to get back. The France squad goes crazy in celebration on the sideline, none more so than Zidane, who runs down the touchline – Mourinho-style – kicking a spare ball high into the stands! GOOOOOAL!

84 min: Turkey 1-4 Italy
Turkey have completely dominated the second period but only have one goal – two minutes into the half – to show for it. Mancini will be delighted, his side were enterprising and exciting in the first half and determined and dogged in the second. It is a long way from a perfect performance, but this is something for him to build on.

GOAL! Sweden 3-1 Poland (Gyokeres 72) I’m a little late in reporting this, apologies, but Gyokeres has surely sealed the victory for Sweden, volleying a third goal after the Arsenal striker was given an acre of space at the back post. Easy finish.

81 min: Belgium 0-0 France
This has been a fabulous game but no goals … yet. Zidane wants to change that and has casually thrown on Olise and Cherki, for Barcola and Akliouche. Olise on the right, Doué now on the left.
“I don’t know if Désiré Doué is playing football or putting on a one-man show, a mesmerizing mix of French mime, ballet, and tap dance,” emails Justin Kavanagh. “But it’s hugely entertaining.”

78 min: Northern Ireland 0-0 Hungary
Price beats Kerkez with a shimmy and tries to arrow a finish inside the near post, but Blackburn keeper Toth is equal to it. A minute later, Northern Ireland captain Shea Charles is a little lucky to stay on the pitch, lunging in and making a clumsy tackle on Milan Laszlo Toth. You have seen many a second booking given for that sort of challenge. The game is going at 100mph. One moment of quality from either side can decide this match.

Huge save from France's Maignan! 74 min: Belgium 0-0 France
France have dominated this second half, but are nearly caught out on the counter attack. Belgium break with speed, with De Ketelaere feeding Lukebakio down the right and the Benfica forward uses his pace to stream away into the France area. Lukebakio tries to poke a finish towards the bottom corner, but Maignan spreads himself and saves with his trailing leg!
