Premier League today: How to watch Spurs v Aston Villa, TV channels & live stream
How will Tottenham Hotspur and Aston Villa fare today? Here is what to know, including kick-off time, TV channels and live stream options
Tottenham Hotspur and Aston Villa are still searching for traction in the Premier League this season with both teams without a win in their opening four matches. It’s against the angsty background that Saturday’s fixture will be played.
Spurs are also yet to score their first league goal. Roberto De Zerbi’s side have failed to score against Brentford, Newcastle United, Nottingham Forest and Everton. After the optimism of the summer transfer window, a familiar malaise has set in around the North London club.
Aston Villa are in a similar situation having struggled in league games against Brighton, Arsenal, Hull City and Forest. They too rebuilt their squad over the summer and are still establishing chemistry among their new signings.
Here is your complete guide on how to watch today’s Premier League fixture, including kick-off times, broadcast networks and online streaming options.

What to watch for It was argued that the only way was up for Tottenham Hotspur after back-to-back 17th-place finishes, yet Roberto De Zerbi’s side have shown little to suggest there will be a dramatic upswing this season.
Furthermore, Spurs have lost four of their last five meetings with Aston Villa, who claimed their first domestic victory of the season away to Coventry City in the Carabao Cup during the week. One point separates the two teams in the Premier League table.
Unai Emery’s approach places importance on quick transition moments while De Zerbi’s system is about high energy and risk-taking. If Spurs and Villa play to their full potential, Saturday’s match could be one of the most captivating in the Premier League this weekend.
Player to watch: John McGinn, Aston Villa - The Villa captain has been a reliable performer while his teammates have struggled for consistency to start the season. McGinn has registered three goal contributions in seven appearances across all competitions and will be a driving force.
